Classes are now open to everyone who wants to get fit and healthy, maintain physical wellbeing, challenge coordination and cardio fitness.
+ Muscle & Bone/Hiit/Tabata/Yoga/Pilates fusion classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 6am-7am - all body weight movement base functional exercises!
What is a Muscle & Bone Class?
In a group normally done in 2 lines of people, you do an exercise from one end of the studio to the other end, turn around run back to the front of the studio and repeat the exercise or advance the exercise demonstrated by the instructor. By using movement, levels and tempo we ask the body to strengthen, stretch, condition and tone for a more dynamic and fun exercise routine supported by music to keep the energy up and light, you need to have some fun while you workout!
Takes between 30-50mins and 5-10 for warm down.

Fusion has been developed by Tamihana Paurini, an ex professional dancer who has worked with some of New Zealand leading dance companys, Black Grace Dance Company, Atamira Dance Collective and has tutored future dancers at Unitec School of dance. After retiring he trained as a Personal Trainer, by combing PT and dance he developed and adjusted a routine which he learnt as a dancer (Muscle & Bone) and created a fun dynamic movement based practice to strengthen, stretch and condition the body in a fun and light environment.
