The house work can wait the family would prefer a happier you than an immaculate house!
So yes it's true that it is hard to fit the time in when you have kids to do these little things. I have to wake up earlier to fit my meditation in but I am seeing so many benefits that it is well worth it. Today my meditation mind tried to wonder often but I got the odd glimpse of meditation in there and that was nice.
Last night I left my messy kitchen to itself and took a relaxing bath and it gave me the best sleep I have had in ages.

Dr Mar Hyman has also said that by eating more fibre in your diet it soaks up any excess hormones your body produces. So with this in mind I am mindfully increasing the fibre in my diet. Now that I am focusing on it I realise just how little fibre I have been eating lately. I funny how we let a few things slip then completely forget about how good they make our body feel.
